Prior to kicking off our engagement, we'll want to experience what it's like working with each other. This deep dive into the business allows us to do that while building the roadmap to use moving forward.

Onboarding

Before our first meeting, we'll ensure you're setup with our technology, the client-only contact system, and have full access to the resources we bring into the engagement.

90 Day Win Sprint

This can sometimes feel like drinking from a firehose. If you've experienced the 2-day kickoff call then monthly or even quarterly support, you can attest to the feeling of "drive by consulting". We methodically roll out the right-sized plans for your size of company to create quick wins & momentum towards the big picture goals.

Consistent Support

We'll have our meetings lined up for 3 months at a time. This let's us plan to succeed in moving the business forward. Between the meetings, you'll have rapid response support via email & phone to answer any burning questions that can't wait until the next meeting.
